You may cancel a single session up to 24 hours beforehand, however all payments are non refundable. By signing up and reserving a space, you accept these terms upon registration. We are not able to fill spaces last minute and have a waiting list. We are not obliged to refund any payments due to cancellation on your part.
If we have to cancel sessions due to ill health or facility closure, we will refund these sessions, or offer an alternative date.
All attendees of the club, aswell as parents/carers/guardians, must read, sign and abide by our LPA Code of Conduct.
Failure to abide by these rules, could result in termination of you/your child's membership and a lifetime ban from all LPA training sessions, events and competitions.
